Body of the report:
The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [“JSW”, “Company”] hereby reports that today Mr. Łukasz Czopik, Chairman of the JSW Supervisory Board, submitted his resignation from his position on the Company’s Supervisory Board, effective 30 June 2026.
Mr. Łukasz Czopik cited the assumption of new professional duties as the reason for his resignation.
Legal basis: § 5 Item 5 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 6 June 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
