Body of the report: 

In reference to Current Report No. 45/2026, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [“JSW S.A.”] hereby attaches information about the education, qualifications and previous positions, together with a description of the professional careers of the newly appointed Member of the JSW S.A. Management Board in the 12th term of office Mr. Adam Rozmus.

According to the statements submitted Mr. Adam Rozmus is not involved in any activities competitive to those he performs at JSW, he is not a partner or shareholder in any competing civil law company, partnership or capital company, nor is he involved in any other competitive legal person as a member of its governing body. In addition, Mr. Adam Rozmus is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the National Court Register Act and in the National Register of Indebted Persons kept pursuant to the Act of 6 December 2018 on the National Register of Indebted Persons.
