The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [“Company”, “JSW”] hereby reports that today  the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted resolution to appoint as of 10 June 2026 Mr. Adam Rozmus to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters in the 12th term of office.

Other information about the appointed Member of the JSW Management Board, which is required by the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 6 June 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent, will be provided by the Company at a later date in a separate current report.
