Body of the report: 

With reference to Current Report No. 93/2025 on the commencement of preparations for the business restructuring of JSW, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW," "Company"] hereby reports that on 27 November 2025, due to the Company's very difficult liquidity situation, it decided to partially pay the Miner’s Day bonus and the Barbórka cash equivalent for 2025.

The payment will be made on 3 December 2025 to all eligible employees in the amount of 30% of the benefits due (calculated individually for each employee). The gross amount of the bonus, together with the cash equivalent to be paid on 3 December 2025, will amount to approximately PLN 100,79 million. Together with the estimated employer charges, the cost of the above bonus, including the cash equivalent, will total approximately PLN 127,31 million.

The remaining amount of accrued benefits will be paid immediately after the Company obtains sufficient financial resources to ensure its current liquidity stability.

The Company will announce its further decisions in this matter in separate current reports.
