The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["Company", "JSW"] informs that on January 2, 2026, the Company received the decision of the District Court in Gliwice, 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register on the registration of the amendments to the Company's Articles of Association on registration on December 31, 2025. The amendments to the Company's Articles of Association were adopted by Resolution no. 5 of the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting of JSW of December 8, 2025.
The Company provides the text of the amended provisions of the Articles of Association and the consolidated text of the Articles of Association of JSW in the attachment to this report.
