Body of the report:       

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [“JSW”] hereby reports that the publication date of the consolidated report for H1 2026 has been changed. According to the periodic report publication schedule for 2026 published by JSW in current report no. 4/2026 on 21 January 2026, the declared publication date of the consolidated report for H1 2026 was 15 September 2026.

The new publication date of the consolidated report for H1 2026 has been set for 29 September 2026.
