Body of the report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [”Company”] hereby reports that today the Company received a representation of the Minister of State Assets dated 2 September 2026 according to which the Minister of State Assets, acting pursuant to § 15 sections 12 and 13 of the Company’s Articles of Association, appointed Mr. Tomasz Dąbrowski as of the day following the date of signing the representation, i.e. as of 3 September 2026, to the Company’s Supervisory Board in its 11th term of office.

The Company will provide the other information about the appointed JSW Supervisory Board Member, as required by the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 6 June 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent, at a later date in a separate current report.
