With reference to Current Report Nos. 20/2023 and 12/2025, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [“JSW”, “Company”], hereby reports that today the Company received information about an appeal filed by a shareholder, a natural person, against the judgment of the Regional Court in Gliwice, 10th Commercial Division, in the case regarding the repeal of Resolution No. 7 of the Ordinary Shareholder Meeting of 16 June 2023.

Legal basis: §20 Section [1] Item [10] of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 6 June 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
