To address questions from Stakeholders and to ensure greater transparency of market communications, on 11 June 2025, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW", "Company"] decided to expand the Company's communications to include selected quarterly and annual targets set out in the 2025 Technical and Economic Plan ["TEP", "Plan"], which are presented in an appendix to this current report.
The information contained in this current report does not constitute a forecast of financial or operating results or forward-looking statements, but is intended to provide directional management assumptions that may change if the Management decides to update the Plan.
