Body of the report: 

In reference to Current Report No. 37/2026, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [“JSW S.A.”] hereby attaches information about the education, qualifications and previous positions, together with a description of the professional careers of the newly appointed Members of the JSW S.A. Management Board in the 12th term of office: Mr. Bogusław Oleksy, Mr. Tomasz Gawlik and Ms. Jolanta Gruszka. 

Information regarding Mr. Artur Wojtków’s education, qualifications and previous positions, along with a description of his professional career, was provided in Current Report No. 30/2026.

According to the statements submitted, the newly appointed members of the JSW S.A. Management Board in the 12th term of office are not involved in any activities competitive to those they perform at JSW S.A., they are not partners or shareholders in any competing civil law company, partnership or capital company, nor are they involved in any other competitive legal person as members of its governing body. In addition, the newly appointed persons are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the National Court Register Act and in the National Register of Indebted Persons kept pursuant to the Act of 6 December 2018 on the National Register of Indebted Persons.
