Body of the report:
The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [“Company”, “JSW”] hereby reports that on 14 May 2026 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted resolutions to appoint the following persons to the Company’s Management Board in the 12th term of office:
Mr. Bogusław Oleksy to be President of the Management Board;
Mr. Tomasz Gawlik to be Vice-President of the Management Board for Development;
Ms. Jolanta Gruszka to be Vice-President of the Management Board for Sales;
Mr. Artur Wojtków to be Vice-President of the Management Board for Employment and Social Policy.
The foregoing persons will be appointed to the Company’s Management Board for the 12th term as of the date of the Ordinary Shareholder Meeting approving the Financial Statements of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. On that date, the terms of office of the JSW Management Board Members of the 11th term of office will expire.
The JSW Management Board further reports that the JSW Supervisory Board also selected Mr. Bogusław Oleksy to serve as acting Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Matters from the date of the JSW Ordinary Shareholder Meeting approving the Financial Statements of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 until the appointment of the Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Matters.
Other information about the appointed Members of the JSW Management Board, which is required by the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 6 June 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent, will be provided by the Company at a later date in a separate current report.
