Body of the report:
The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [“JSW”, “Company”] hereby reports that today Mr. Andrzej Karbownik, Chairman of the JSW Supervisory Board, submitted his resignation from his position on the Company’s Supervisory Board, effective 14 May 2026.
As the reason for resignation of Mr. Andrzej Karbownik, he pointed to a difference of opinion regarding the method, instruments and pace of the Company’s restructuring process.
