The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("JSW") hereby reports that the date of publication of the standalone and consolidated annual report for 2025 and the consolidated report on payments to the public administration for 2025 has been changed. According to the 2026 periodic report publication schedule, published by JSW in Current Report No. 4/2026 on 21 January 2026, the declared date for the publication of the standalone and consolidated annual report for 2025 and the consolidated report on payments to the public administration for 2025 was 26 March 2026.

The new publication date for the standalone and consolidated annual report for 2025 and the consolidated report on payments to the public administration for 2025 has been set for 28 April 2026.

Legal basis: § 84 Section 2 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 6 June 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
