Body of the report: 

With reference to Current Report No. 32/2025, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["Company", "JSW”] hereby reports that today the Company received a notification from the Social Insurance Institution ["ZUS"] regarding the negative outcome of the case concerning the deferral of the payment of social security, health insurance, FP, FGŚP and FEP contributions for November and December 2025. The estimated monthly amount of the contributions due to ZUS ranges between PLN 120 million and PLN 130 million.

At the same time, we hereby report that today the Company submitted an application for re-examination of the case concerning the above-mentioned period, supplemented with additional explanations and extended arguments concerning the Company's financial position and remedial measures.

In addition, the JSW Management Board reports that on 21 November 2025, it delayed the public disclosure of confidential information concerning ZUS's negative response to the Company's application in this matter filed on 5 November 2025 until the decision of ZUS was obtained.
