Changes in the JSW SA Management Board

On Friday 23 February 2024, the JSW Supervisory Board dismissed the following persons from the Company’s Management Board: Tomasz Cudny, President, and Sebastian Bartos, Vice-President of the Management Board for Sales.

Moreover, the Supervisory Board seconded its own member, Paweł Rostkowski, to temporarily perform the duties of President of the Management Board of the 11th term until the date of appointment of a new President, and at the same time entrusted him with the duties of Vice-President of the Management Board for Development.

Robert Ostrowski, Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Matters, will additionally serve as Vice-President of the Management Board for Sales. Edward Paździorko, Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters, and Artur Wojtków, Vice-President of the Management Board for Labor and Social Policy, remain in their positions. 

Furthermore, the JSW Supervisory Board of the 11th term was also officially formed in the following composition: Katarzyna Bilińska, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, Michał Rospędek, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Robert Kudelski, Secretary of the Supervisory Board, and members Artur Kisielewski, Arkadiusz Mężyk, Paweł Nieradzik, Paweł Rostkowski, Krzysztof Szlaga, Krzysztof Wrona and Arkadiusz Wypych.
