New composition of the JSW Management Board

Ryszard Janta has been elected by the JSW Supervisory Board as President of the Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa Management Board. He will assume his post on 30 April 2024. In parallel, Mr. Janta will perform the duties of Vice-President for Development until 6 May 2024.

The competition for the position of Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Matters has also been completed. The post will be entrusted to Remigiusz Krzyżanowski. In turn, Jarosław Kluczniok will be the new Vice-President for Development as of 6 May 2024. At the same time, the Supervisory Board decided to dismiss Robert Ostrowski, Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Matters, from his post as of 6 May 2024.

Since 15 March 2024, Adam Rozmus, Vice-President for Technical and Operational Matters, and Jolanta Gruszka, Vice-President for Sales, have also served on the Management Board.
