Supervisory Board elects President of the JSW S.A. Management Board

Tomasz Cudny has become the President of the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa for the 10th term of office. He will assume the position effective as of 28 August 2021.

Additionally, the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted resolutions to appoint Mr. Tomasz Cudny to serve as the acting Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters from 28 August 2021 to 31 August 2021. 

He was also appointed to serve as the acting Vice-President of the Management Board for Development from 28 August 2021 to the date of appointment of the Vice-President of the Management Board for Development.
