|   COVID

A psychologist is available to assist Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa employees and their family members.

The JSW Production Support Unit has opened a special hotline operated by a psychologist on duty. The current situation of the spreading CARS-CoV-2 coronavirus may put additional emotional burden on every individual. Difficult and unexpected situations often require immense adaptation potential to be awakened for people to adapt to the new reality. Whenever health or life is under threat, protection mechanisms come to play, which may have a negative and destructive effect on an individual and on whole social groups. The increased levels of fear, panic and difficult emotions may result in a professional and personal tragedy. Therefore, in an effort to support the JSW employees, the Production Support Unit has launched free counseling services provided by a psychologist, which can be used by any Company employee and his or her family members in need of psychological support.

The psychologist is on duty from Monday to Friday, from 12 noon to 3 pm at the phone number 539 677 682.
