|   Odpowiedzialny biznes - wspólne

In appreciation of their sensitivity, understanding and assistance provided to children raised in the Children’s Home in Cieszyn, the Director of the facility expressed her gratitude to over a dozen individuals and companies that had been cooperating with the Children’s Home for years. On behalf of JSW, the medal “Children’s friend 2019” was accepted by Agnieszka Barzycka, Leader of the JSW Corporate Social Responsibility Team, which is involved in activities aimed at helping children in need.

A “Concert for Children’s Friends” was held at the Cieszyn Cultural Center. In addition to solo and group performances by some of the children brought up in the facility, they also gave a Nativity play and held a fair of works of art created by them personally.

Kazimiera Habarta, Director of the Children’s Home in Cieszyn, thanked all individuals and companies involved for their selfless assistance and generosity. Along with our colleague Agnieszka Barzycka, medals and certificates of appreciation were awarded to Mieczysław Szczurek, Cieszyn Superintendent (Starosta), and representatives of the sports club GKS Jastrzębie, among others.
