Body of the Report:
The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”, “JSW S.A.”) provides the attached answers to questions asked by a shareholder of the Company who is a natural person pursuant to Article 428 §6 of the Commercial Company Code.
At the same time, the Company hereby reports that some of the questions asked by the shareholder are similar to previous shareholder questions that JSW S.A. has already answered, sending them directly to shareholders and publishing current reports. In addition, on the Company’s corporate website, a section entitled “Shareholders Questions” was added in the “Investor Relations” tab, which contains a summary of questions and answers, organized by topic.
Recurring questions were related to dividend payments, PFR loan, solidarity contribution, Company’s shares prices, operation of the Borynia-Zofiówka-Bzie Mine – Bzie Section, and JSW S.A.’s communication with the market.
