Body of the Report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs, that on 10 July 2012 Mr. Miłosz Karpiński resigned from the membership at the JSW S.A’s Supervisory Board. The reason of the resignation are further professional challenges that make foregoing activities impossible to conduct.

Legal basis: § 5 Section 1 Item 21 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information transmitted by securities issuers and conditions for acknowledgment of equivalence of information required by legal regulations of a non-member state.
