Body of the report:
The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”, ”Company”) reports that during the evening of 22 October 2018 the Company received a representation according to which the Minister of Energy, acting pursuant to § 15 section 13 of the Company’s Articles of Association:
- Dismissed Mr. Krzysztof Kwaśniewski from the Company’s Supervisory Board as of 22 October 2018.
Appointed Mr. Konrad Balcerski to the Company’s Supervisory Board as of 22 October 2018.
The Company will provide the other information about the appointed JSW Supervisory Board member as required by the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent, at a later date in a separate current report.
