The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”) hereby reports that the publication date of the Consolidated report for H1 2018 has been changed in reference to Current Report no. 30/2017 on the publication dates of periodic reports.
By decision of the Management Board of JSW the publication date of the Consolidated report for H1 2018 planned for 23 August 2018 has been changed and set at 24 August 2018.
Legal basis: § 80 Section 2 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information submitted by securities issuers and the conditions for recognizing the information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent.
