The Regulation shall enter into force on July 1, 2017.
Further regulations from the " new mining regulations package" await to be announced:
• Regulation of the Minister of Energy on the detailed requirements for the underground mining plants operating,
• Regulation of the Minister of Energy on the mine rescue,
and Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 29 January 2013 – since 4 years in the vacatio legis period, on natural hazards in mines.
Due to a number of changes in regulations, for the sake of substantive consistency, the above regulations shall enter into force on the same date. We already know that it will be July 1, 2017.
