- The existing operations of JSW Innowacje have been evaluated, as a result of which we have decided to change its business profile. JSW Nowe Projekty, formed on the basis of JSW Innowacje, will deal with projects related to RES, circular economy and the development of the hydrogen economy. Innovative activities have been limited to projects related to the Company's core business and will be implemented in JSW's Development, Innovation and Informatization Office - said Tomasz Cudny, President of the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa.
The parent company, JSW, reviewed the operations of JSW Group companies in connection with the implementation of the new Strategy. JSW Innowacje was also subjected to this review, resulting in a recommendation to make profound changes to its existing business model and corporate structure. Among other things, a decision was made to sort out the company’s economic position and internal structure, and to redefine its business model.
