The new Management Board will be appointed on the date of the Company’s Ordinary Shareholder Meeting approving the financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. On that same day, the terms of office of the members of the 11th Management Board will expire. The Ordinary Shareholder Meeting of JSW SA is scheduled for 8 June 2026.

At the same time, the Supervisory Board has appointed Bogusław Oleksy to temporarily serve as Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Matters until a permanent appointment is made.
