It should be recalled that in 2023 Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa was the only company in Poland charged with the windfall tax on excess profits for 2022.
The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa has decided to request a refund of the windfall tax of PLN 1.6 billion paid to the Price Difference Payment Fund in 2023 and surcharged in 2024.
It should be recalled that in 2023 Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa was the only company in Poland charged with the windfall tax on excess profits for 2022.
