At the same time, the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to entrust Mr. Bogusław Oleksy with the duties of Acting President of the Management Board from 3 October 2025 until the appointment of a new President. Bogusław Oleksy also remains the Vice-President for Financial Matters.
