Granting a corporate ratings and ratings for the planned issuance of senior notes

 

Body of the Report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW S.A.”) hereby informs of the granting corporate ratings for JSW S.A. by a rating agency Moody’s of rating Ba2 with stable outlook by Moody’s and rating of B+ with stable outlook by Fitch for JSW S.A. and granting by the rating agency Moody’s of a rating of Ba3 with stable outlook by Moody’s and a rating of B+ with a stable outlook by Fitch for the planned issuance of senior notes, which will be issued by JSW Finance AB (pub), the special purpose vehicle established in Sweden, established by Polski Koks S.A., an affiliate of JSW S.A.

Legal basis: Article 5 section 1 item 26 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities, and on the conditions for recognizing equivalence of information required under non-member states regulations.
