The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW", „Company”] hereby announces that on 22 December 2025 the Company received a statement according to which the Minister of State Assets, acting under § 15 section 13 of the Company's Articles of Association, dismissed Ms. Katarzyna Bilińska from the Supervisory Board of the Company as of 22 December 2025, acting in the capacity of Chairperson of the Supervisory Board.

Reasons for the dismissal of the aforementioned person were not specified.

Legal basis: § 5 Section 5 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister 6 June 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
