Body of the report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("JSW", "Company") reports that on 10 January 2019 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted resolutions to dismiss the following persons as of today from the composition of the JSW Management Board:

 - Mr. Artur Dyczko serving in the capacity of Vice-President of the Management Board responsible for Strategy and Development,

 - Ms. Jolanta Gruszka serving in the capacity of Vice-President of the Management Board responsible for Sales.

 The Supervisory Board did not state any reasons for the dismissal.
