Areas of management:
- Heading the work of the Management Board, convening Management Board meetings and chairing them. Overseeing all of the Company’s operations, including in particular: organization and management, legal (including compliance), security, media relations, audit, control, corporate governance and personal data protection.
- Overseeing all of the Company’s operations, including in particular: development, innovation and computerization, strategy and energy management.
Completed the Master of Business Administration postgraduate program at Kozminski University in Warsaw and the Master of Business Administration at the Higher School of Business National-Louis University in Nowy Sącz. He also completed postgraduate courses in “Strategic Audit in Public and Private Institutions” at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw, and in “Sales Management” at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw. Graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw.
From 1998 to 2017, he was professionally involved in banking, having worked in 4 banks in positions directly related to customer service, including regional manager and director of the specialized financing department.
