Mr. Dąbrowski is a legal counsel with 15 years of professional experience in government administration. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. In 2016, he obtained a license to practice as a legal counsel.
He completed “Real Estate Valuation” postgraduate studies at the Kielce University of Technology, “Legislation in Public Administration” at the Jagiellonian University, and “Energy Market and Energy Transition” at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences [SGGW].
Since 2025, he has served as Deputy Director of the Legal Department at the Ministry of Energy. From 2017 to 2025, he worked as a legal counsel at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, responsible among others for corporate governance over companies with State Treasury shareholdings, drafting of corporate documents, legal support and legislative drafting.
From 2011 to 2017, he worked for the Ministry of Treasury, where he handled, among others, legal representation in litigation for the State Treasury and the Minister of State Treasury, prepared legal opinions, and drafted legislation. He participated in the reform of management of state property, including work on the Act on the Rules for Managing State Property.
He has extensive experience serving on supervisory boards of companies with State Treasury shareholding, also as chairman and deputy chairman.
