Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa joined Hydrogen Europe, the European Association of Hydrogen and Fuel Cells. This prestigious organization associates over 100 companies, 68 research organizations and 13 national associations, which conduct activity for the development of environmentally friendly hydrogen technologies.
Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa was among the winners of the 11th edition of the contest “Employee-Friendly Employer” organized by the Solidarity Trade Union. At a gala ceremony in the Presidential Palace, JSW CEO, Daniel Ozon, received a distinction from President Andrzej Duda, who extended his honorary patronage over the event.
Jastrzębskie Zakłady Remontowe, a member of the JSW Group has entered into a contract with Budimex SA to build a complex of production and renovation halls in Suszec in Upper Silesia. JZR’s investment marks the first stage of the planned construction of a modern industrial center on the premises of the former Krupiński mine, which JSW transferred gratuitously to Spółka Restrukturyzacji Kopalń on 31 March 2017.
