Identification of corporate governance rules being applied
In 2017, JSW applied the corporate governance rules set forth in the document entitled Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies 2016 adopted by Resolution no. 26/1413/2015 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Supervisory Board on 13 October 2015.
