Rules of governance

In accordance with the Articles of Association of JSW, the Company’s governing bodies are the Management Board, the Supervisory Board and the Shareholder Meeting. The powers of JSW’s governing bodies stem from the provisions of the Commercial Companies Code and the Articles of Association of JSW. The powers of the Company’s individual governing bodies are defined in:
