Body of the Report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”, “Company”) hereby reports that on 3 January 2024 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted the resolutions to:

- dismiss Mr. Wojciech Kałuża from the Management Board as JSW’s Vice-President of the Management Board for Development of the 11th term of office.

- appoint Mr. Tomasz Cudny as Acting Vice-President of the Management Board for Development, effective from 3 January 2024 to the date of appointment of the Vice-President of the Management Board for Development. In the period mentioned above, Mr. Tomasz Cudny will also continue to serve as the President of the JSW Management Board.
