The result of elections to the representative of employees of JSW SA for the Board of JSW SA

Legal Basis: Article 56 section 1 Item 2 of the Act on Offerings – current and periodic information

Body of the Report:

The Board of JSW SA (The "Company", "JSW SA") announces that as a result of the elections held among the employees of the Company on April 11, 2013, Mr. Arthur Wojtków was elected representative of the employees of JSW SA  of the Board of JSW SA

Mr Wojtków is lawyer and graduate of the University of Silesia in Katowice. He also completed postgraduate studies in the field of Social Work Dialogue at the University of Economics in Katowice and in Occupational Health and Safety Management in Industry at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice.

He has worked for Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. from 1995. Since 1995 he has been the Manager of Law and Organization Department.  Next in the years 1999-2009 he held the position of Employment Director of “Borynia” mine. Since 2009 he has been Vice-President of the Management Board for Labour and Social Policy of JSW S.A.

Mr. Arthur Wojtków does not conduct activity competitive to that of the Company and is not involved in any competitive company as a partner in a civil law company or partnership or as a member of a corporate body of a capital company, or participate in another competitive legal person as a member of its corporate body. In addition, he is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the National Court Register Act.

The appointment of Mr. Arthur Wojtków by the Supervisory Board of JSW SA for the member of the Management Board for the 8th term of office, the Company will inform in separate report.
