The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”, “JSW S.A.”) hereby announces that on 19 March 2015 the Company’s employees elected the following persons to the JSW S.A. Supervisory Board of the 9th term:
- Jan Przywara
- Eugeniusz Baron
- Andrzej Palarczyk
The appointment of Supervisory Board members elected by employees requires the adoption of a relevant resolution by the JSW S.A. Shareholder Meeting. Accordingly, the Company will announce the performance of such action in a separate current report.
