Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. is the Parent Company in the Group. As at 31 December 2017, JSW held, directly or indirectly, shares in 18 related companies, including 16 subsidiaries (direct and indirect) and in 2 associates (Jastrzębska Strefa Aktywności Gospodarczej Sp. z o.o. in liquidation and Remkoks Sp. z o.o.), located in Poland. Subsidiaries are consolidated by the full method, while investments in associates are measured by the equity method in the consolidated financial statements.
