Human capital

Tools

We are aware of the fact that people are our company’s most valuable capital and they decide on our success. We strive to provide optimal conditions to our employees for professional and personal development, and we manage knowledge. We are investing in personnel already at the stage of relations with universities and vocational learning sites. JSW prioritises safety and health protection over production levels and economic results.
