Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. considers sport an important part of the life of a community, therefore the Company supports both top professionals and amateurs. The Company’s sponsorship activity also plays an important role in developing relations with local communities, supporting regional development, in working to ensure that the Company’s corporate brand is positively perceived and in improving our employees’ sense of identification with the organisation.

Based on our experience to date, the Compan 90% sponsorship budget for those purposes. At the same time, that area is subject to the most in-depth analysis in terms of mass media and public reception, while the Company’s partners are given tasks and goals to achieve in sport.

The image of our brand is shaped by, above all, the Jastrzębski Węgiel Sports Club and the GSK Jastrzębie Hockey Club, which promote JSW and Poland during all major competitions held in Poland and worldwide.
