Porozumienie w sprawie świadczeń dla pracowników JSW

Zarząd Jastrzębskiej Spółki Węglowej i Reprezentatywne Organizacje Związkowe działające w JSW zawarły 5 grudnia porozumienie w sprawie odstąpienia od niektórych zapisów Porozumienia z dnia 16.09.2015 r. wstrzymujących wypłatę części świadczeń i przywrócenia ich wypłaty na zasadach stosowanych przed jego zawarciem.

Porozumienie zawarte we wrześniu 2015 roku dawało możliwość skrócenia okresu obowiązywania zawieszenia wypłaty niektórych składników wynagradzania  w przypadku  zmiany sytuacji ekonomicznej Spółki.

Biorąc pod uwagę poprawę sytuacji finansowej JSW i  wychodząc naprzeciw oczekiwaniom pracowników, zarząd Jastrzębskiej Spółki Węglowej podpisał porozumienie ze stroną społeczną.

Koszt wypłaty przywróconych świadczeń szacowany jest w 2018 roku na około 350 mln złotych, a w 2019 na około 200 mln złotych.
