The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company,” “JSW”) hereby announces that on 9 February 2021 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to appoint Mrs. Barbara Piontek as President of JSW’s Management Board, 10th term, effective from 1 March 2021.
Further information about Mrs. Barbara Piontek, as required under the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the terms for recognising as equivalent information that is required by the laws of a non-member state, will be published in a separate current report.
