Body of the report:

In reference to current report no. 22/2021 the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”, “JSW”) reports that Mr. Stanisław Prusek, a Supervisory Board member seconded to perform the duties of the President of the Management Board in its 10th term of office for a temporary period and Mr. Michał Rospędek, a Supervisory Board member seconded to perform the duties of the Vice-President of the Management Board for Sales in its 10th term of office for a temporary period tendered their resignations today from their secondment to perform the duties of Management Board members in the Company for a temporary period.

At the same time, the Company hereby reports that in the late evening hours of today the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted resolutions pertaining to the following:

1. Appointing Mr. Sebastian Bartos to be the Vice-President of the Management Board for Sales at JSW in its 10th term of office as of 30 July 2021;

2. Appointing Mr. Robert Ostrowski to be the Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Matters at JSW in its 10th term of office as of 3 August 2021;

3. Appointing Mr. Edward Paździorko to be the Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters at JSW in its 10th term of office as of 1 September 2021.

Moreover, the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted resolutions pertaining to the following:

1. Seconding Mr. Stanisław Prusek, a Supervisory Board member to perform temporarily the duties of the President of the Management Board of the 10th term of office, while simultaneously entrusting him with performing the duties of the Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters. The period of secondment has been set for the time from 30 July 2021 to 15 August 2021 inclusively, though for no longer than until the date when the President of the Management Board is appointed;

2. Entrusting Mr. Artur Wojtków with the duties of Vice-President of the Management Board for Development from 30 July 2021 to the date of appointment of the Vice-President of the Management Board for Development. During this period Mr. Artur Wojtków will also continue to serve as the JSW Management Board member responsible For Employment and Social Policy.

Other information about the appointed Members of the JSW Management Board, which is required by the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent, will be provided in a separate current report.
