Body of the report:
The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”, “JSW S.A.”) hereby reports that as a result of the elections conducted by the employees of the Company and of the JSW S.A. Group on 28 April 2022:
1. the employees of JSW S.A. selected Mr. Artur Wojtków to be the staff’s candidate to serve as a JSW S.A. Management Board member in its 11th term of office; and
2. the employees of the JSW S.A. Group selected the persons listed below, respectively, to be the staff’s candidates to serve as a JSW S.A. Supervisory Board members in its 11th term of office:
- Mr. Robert Łazarczyk,
- Mr. Robert Kudelski,
- Mr. Paweł Nieradzik,
- Mr. Arkadiusz Wypych.
On the respective appointment of the following:
- Mr. Artur Wojtków selected by the Company’s employees to be appointed by the JSW S.A. Supervisory Board to be a JSW S.A. Management Board member in its 11th term of office,
- the persons enumerated in item 2 above selected by the employees of the JSW S.A. Group to be appointed by the JSW S.A. Shareholder Meeting to serve as JSW S.A. Supervisory Board members in its 11th term of office,
the Company will publish separate current reports.
At the same time, the Company hereby reports that the other information concerning the candidates selected by the employees to serve as JSW S.A. Management Board and Supervisory Board members, respectively, in their 11th term of office will be provided under a separate current report as required by the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
