Body of the report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”, “Company”) hereby reports that on 29 March 2021 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to dismiss the following persons from the JSW Management Board:

 – Mr. Artur Dyczko serving in the capacity of Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters,

– Mr. Radosław Załoziński serving in the capacity of Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Matters.

At the same time, the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted resolutions to:

1. entrust Ms. Barbara Piontek with the duties of acting Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Matters and acting Vice-President of the Management Board for Sales from 29 March 2021 to the date of appointment of the Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Matters and the Vice-President of the Management Board for Sales, respectively. In parallel, Ms. Barbara Piontek will continue to serve as the President of the JSW Management Board.
2. entrust Mr. Tomasz Duda with the duties of acting Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters from 29 March 2021 to the date of appointment of the Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters. In parallel, Mr. Tomasz Duda will continue to serve as the Vice-President of the Management Board for Development.
