Body of the report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”, “Company”) hereby reports that on 28 January 2022 the JSW Management Board signed an agreement with the representative trade union organizations operating in the Company on the increase of salaries in 2022 (“Agreement”).

Under the Agreement, the salary fund will be increased by 10% from January 2022 and will be tied to an increase in basic salary rates and an increase in the value of supportive meals for the Company’s employees. The increase of the salary fund in 2022 will be approx. PLN 250 million.

The Agreement signed by JSW satisfies the trade unions’ demands in respect to salary increases in 2022.

This information has been recognized as material due to the significant share of labor costs in the overall operating costs of the Company.
