Body of the report:             

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”) reports that current report no. 2/2019, which has already been published, contains an obvious typographical error regarding the date of resignation of the JSW Management Board member. The correct date of 28 February 2019 is to replace the typographical error concerning the date of 28 February 2018. 

The correct wording of the report is stated below:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”) reports that today Mr. Robert Ostrowski serving in the capacity of Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Matters at JSW tendered his resignation from serving in the capacity of a JSW Management Board Member with effect as of 28 February 2019 without citing the reason for his resignation.
